Shipping policy

First of all, it is important to understand that processing times are not included in shipping times 
and are added to them. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding 
weekends and holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will be notified again 
when your order has been shipped. However, delivery times may be delayed due to high order 
volumes, carrier strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Rates and estimates for domestic

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number 
that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for tracking 
information to be available. If you have not received your order within X days of receiving the 
shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@calmert.com with your name and 
order number. You can also track your order on the "Track my order" page of the website. 
Refunds, returns, and exchanges For more information on our return policy, please click on this

delivery, if the item has not been used and is in its original condition, and we will refund the full 
amount of the order less the return shipping costs. If your order arrives damaged, please email
